I am an active racquetball player and have had a severe case of golfer's elbow for over a decade. I have tried everything short of surgery to fix it with no success. I did not go to Kevin at From Stop to GO to have my elbow treated. I woke up one night with an intense pain stabbing me in the back near my shoulder blade and could not find any position standing, sitting, or laying to reduce the pain. I had a remote session with Kevin and after listening to me and evaluating my mobility he assigned some stretches for me to do. After the first day of stretches the pain moved exactly where Kevin said it would move. After the second day of stretches, my pain was completely gone. The unexpected side effect was that my golfer's elbow pain was also gone. Yes - 10 years of nagging elbow pain - gone just like that!"
